Summer is right around the corner and now is the time to get in the gym and shed extra fat for that picture-perfect bikini body. Like you, I also have a goal to hit before summer, I have to drop 8 pounds! When I need to lean out in a short period of time I add a HIIT workout to maximize my treadmill routine.
HIIT stands for High-intensity Interval Training. This exercise technique keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in a shorter amount of time. Through this technique you alternate between high and low intensity exercises. For example, Jump Squats followed by a plank. Since I need to lean out, I am only running to burn more fat.
